Need: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience. Bachelors degree Deep understanding of control, regulatory and risk issues and demonstrated application of this knowledge. Specialist functional knowledge, as required for their roles. Demonstrated, deep business and key driver understanding, as required for their roles. Demonstrated understanding of the firm's business, organization and supporting structures. Demonstrated, deep understanding of the operations, risk management, finance and product control activities relevant to their roles. Excellent understanding of relevant regulatory environment and current regulatory issues. Detailed understanding of the technologies relevant to their roles. Deep experience in risk based auditing and risk and control activities. Financial services industry knowledge and knowledge about new and emerging financial products and services.
