Bank Branch Manager Job in Tampa FL

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of a branch office with particular emphasis on outside business development activities both to sustain and grow existing deposit and loan base for branch. Responsibilities include management of an effective sales team including the building of customer relationships by referrals to other lines of business---trust and investment service, mortgage lending, private banking and business banking/commercial lending. Also expected to promote Regions through involvement in local community and civic organizations.

Minimum 2+ years branch management experience in a banking environment with outside business development. Broad knowledge of bank products/services, policies/procedures along with exceptional management, coaching and mentoring skills with sound understanding of credit policies required. Demonstrated quality customer service and leadership skills required.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
