KTI is seeking an experienced full cycle recruiter with 5+ years experience in Accounting, Financial, Banking, Insurance. ( hopefully bulge banks)

We recruit mainly passive candidates seeking better opportunities in the $90K to $350K range.
Recruiters must have been successful in this range in New York or Boston area.

Our compensation as a front office top-tier global boutique firm is among the best in the industry.

Special attention given to recruiters that have worked for one of the top 5 search firms in the New York or Boston area.

4+ years full cycle recruiting experience.

Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships to top-tier companies.

Strong marketing skills and experience necessary.

Opportunity to travel occasionally to our Hong Kong office.
