Total of 2 Tax Partner Jobs in New York area.Salary $250K to $400K
Responsible for the leadership, management and development of a full service tax practice. Consult and direct multifaceted client engagements in a wide range of industries, providing a full spectrum of tax and business guidance to domestic and foreign-owned entities, including corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, inventory and other tax accounting methods, financial reporting, earnings and profit analysis, litigation support, representation before various taxing authorities, executive compensation, and estate planning. Act as primary client contact for questions relating to tax issues. Provide value added tax services (e.g. planning, restructuring, etc.) Responsible for engagement management (e.g. budgets, utilization rates, etc.)
Requirements:
-We are seeking Partner level candidates for these positions.
-Bachelors degree with a preference for a JD,
LLM, or MS in taxation-CPA
-A minimum of 8TO 15 years of tax experience in public accounting
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong interpersonal and written skills
